We ask if you have any signs of being unwell (at all - any kind) that you call, email or message us to reschedule. DO NOT COME INTO THE CLINIC IF YOU ARE UNWELL.
An electronic Covid 19 Health Declaration will need to be filled out prior to your appointment. The link can be found in your appointment confirmation email and in your reminder SMS.
The questions include;
1. Do you have cough, cold or flu symptoms?
2. In the past two weeks have you been overseas or interstate?
3. Are you currently awaiting Covid 19 test results?
4. In the past two weeks have you been in contact with anyone who has been unwell, overseas or interstate?
If you answered yes to any of the above please schedule your appointment on a later date.

Rebates are available for clients with eligible Health Funds with extras cover for Remedial Massage.
The Private Health Rebate can be applied to Remedial Massage treatments only.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to claim the Private Health Rebate if you have a gift voucher.
We do have a 50% fee for no shows and cancellations within 24 hours so please double check your times.
